Please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Do not send private contract files unless support specifically asks for them.
Common Questions
- ContractGuard does not cancel contracts for you. It helps you prepare and track your own cancellation steps.
- Contract data, price or trial watch dates, cancellation situation selections, imported contract drafts, calendar export files, and proof files are stored locally on your device by default.
- Subscriptions and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
- If Clean-Up Week is active, Lifetime Upgrade appears at the weekly-member price. It unlocks lifetime access but does not automatically cancel the weekly subscription, so manage or cancel Clean-Up Week in Apple subscriptions after upgrading.
- You can restore purchases and manage Apple subscriptions from the app Settings screen.
