These terms describe the intended use of ContractGuard, a private contract deadline and cancellation preparation app.
Product Scope
ContractGuard helps you track cancellation deadlines, price or trial watch dates, create reviewable drafts from local contract files, choose special-situation wording, prepare cancellation text, and keep local proof. ContractGuard does not cancel contracts for you and is not a legal service.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for checking provider rules, sending cancellation requests, keeping copies of messages, and confirming that a provider accepted a cancellation.
Generated Text
Generated cancellation text, price or trial watch dates, calendar export files, special-situation wording, and imported contract fields are convenience drafts. Review them before saving or sending and adjust them for your provider, contract terms, and local requirements.
Purchases And Subscription
Purchases are processed by Apple. The App Store purchase sheet shows the final localized price before you confirm.
Contract Clean-Up Week is a weekly auto-renewable subscription configured at €5.99 per week in the primary European storefront. It unlocks paid tools while active and renews weekly until cancelled in Apple subscriptions.
Lifetime Deadline Guard is a one-time non-consumable purchase configured at €19.99 in the primary European storefront. Lifetime Upgrade is a one-time non-consumable purchase configured at €14.00 for active Clean-Up Week members. Lifetime Upgrade unlocks lifetime access, but it does not automatically cancel or refund the weekly subscription; manage or cancel Clean-Up Week separately in Apple subscriptions.
Access
Paid features unlock on devices signed in to the Apple ID that owns the purchase, subject to App Store availability and Apple purchase status.
Evidence Files
Imported contract files are read locally to create a draft, price or trial watch dates and cancellation situation selections are stored locally with the contract, and imported proof files are stored locally on device. If local proof files are deleted from this device, ContractGuard may no longer be able to share those proof files.
