Privacy Policy
ContractGuard is designed as a local-first utility for tracking contract deadlines and cancellation proof.
Data Stored On Device
ContractGuard stores contracts, optional price or trial watch dates, optional cancellation situations, optional cancellation channels such as provider email, portal URL, or postal address, imported contract draft text, notes, cancellation evidence, imported proof files, and exported files locally on your device by default. The app does not upload your contract list, contract files, or evidence files to a ContractGuard server.
No Tracking Or Advertising
This build does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or tracking domains.
No Bank Or Provider Connection
ContractGuard does not connect to bank accounts, email accounts, or provider accounts. You manually enter contract information or import a local file to create a reviewable draft, and you decide what to export or share.
Local Notifications
If you enable reminders, ContractGuard schedules local notifications on your device for cancellation deadlines and price or trial watch dates. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. ContractGuard receives purchase entitlement status from StoreKit so paid features can be unlocked. Payment details are handled by Apple, not by ContractGuard.
User-Controlled Sharing
When you export PDFs, JSON files, calendar files, or proof attachments, iOS shows the share sheet. You choose where those files go.
